Plan - Do - Check - Act

Organizations are challenged the dynamic changes that surround them. External factors impact the organization: Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental on a daily basis. Some factors are more significant than others. Likewise, internal factors and capabilities affect the way decisions are made, such as: political, financial, technological, legal, markets, products, services and human resources. The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) diagram provides a key approach for helping a client to solve their particular problem.

In providing consulting/training services, IBD focuses on the PDCA framework by asking and getting answers to the questions about Who, What, Where, When, How, and Why. The answers to these questions clarify the mission, goals, objectives of the area of concern and focus.
